The Harvard International Review features underappreciated topics in the international affairs discourse and underappreciated perspectives on more widely discussed topics. The HIR aims to serve as a trend-setter among similar publications by directing rather than following the public’s attention.

The HIR presents a variety of scholarly content in an accessible style and format. It makes the arguments of scholars, policymakers, and other international affairs actors available to a wider audience. The HIR seeks both academic and lay readers who wish to think seriously about international affairs.

The HIR is more a source of analysis than a source of news or editorial commentary. Its main purpose is not to present facts previously unreported elsewhere. The HIR distinguishes itself primarily by serving as a forum for academic debate, rigorously applying theory to case studies, analyzing historical trends, and making informed predictions. The Harvard International Review is an officially recognized student-run publication of Harvard College. The IJCLP is an electronic journal published since 1998. It is devoted to the changing law, policy and technology of media regulation around the world. We are not only an open-access repository of peer-reviewed scholarly work; the IJCLP also aspires to be a place of dialogue for and between law scholars, social scientists, technologists and policy makers.

The ISIL Year Book of International Humanitarian and Refugee Law seeks to focus, at one place, aspects of amelioration of the conditions of victims of forced migration and armed conflicts. Towards this end, the ICRC, the UNHRC, and the ISIL have joined together and resolved to bring out the ISIL Year Book annually. The principal objective of the Year Book is to reflect the developing countries point of view with particular reference to South Asian and South-East Asian regions. The need for a regional focus on these very humane issues has been felt since long. As much of the literature on the subject is western oriented, it is thought necessary to project and disseminate the South and South-East Asian perspectives.

The IJCLP is an electronic journal devoted to the changing law, policy and technology of media regulation around the world. As a result of technological convergence, we understand "communication" to include the content and carriage of traditional broadcasting and cable as well as internet and telecommunications and publish intellectually rigorous and challenging articles, working papers and editorials in these areas of inquiry.

IJCLP is a journal of user, reader and contributor interaction. It thus not only seeks to publish peer-reviewed articles of high quality, but also strives to create opportunities for interaction and dialogue between scholars and practitioners and across disciplines that are relevant to communications policy. IJCLP welcomes submissions from different disciplinary or cross-disciplinary perspectives.

It contains research policies, articles, conference, proceedings, editorials, case notes . We strictly adhere to the practice of double-blind peer review for all submissions to the journal. Journal items will be published collectively, as part of an issue, under the supervision of one or more editors, who will be members of the journal's editorial board, or, in some cases, invited guest editors. Some issues will have a special thematic focus and will be announced through a call for papers that will be published on the IJCLP website and disseminated accordingly by the editor in charge of the issue. The IJCLP is an open-access journal. This means that all content published on the journal is available to everyone, with no fee to authors or to readers

Since its creation in 1863, the ICRC's sole objective has been to ensure protection and assistance for victims of armed conflict and strife. It does so through its direct action around the world, as well as by encouraging the development of international humanitarian law (IHL) and promoting respect for it by governments and all weapon bearers. Its story is about the development of humanitarian action, the Geneva Conventions and the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement.

The work of the ICRC is based on the Geneva Conventions of 1949, their Additional Protocols, its Statutes – and those of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement – and the resolutions of the International Conferences of the Red Cross and Red Crescent. The ICRC is an independent, neutral organization ensuring humanitarian protection and assistance for victims of armed conflict and other situations of violence.
