Symbiosis International (Deemed University) had scheduled examinations for students of the B.A.LL.B. and B.B.A.LL.B. programmes of its Constituents viz. Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA and Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad from 3rd June, 2021, and Symbiosis Law School, Pune from 7th June, 2021.
On perusal of the Press Release dated 02.06.2021 issued by the Bar Council of India, it appears that in the proceedings bearing Writ Petition No. 5664/2021 before the Hon’ble High Court, Delhi on 01/06/2021, BCI has informed the Hon'ble Court that the Committee constituted by BCI to deliberate on the issue regarding holding of examination/evaluation for intermediary semester law students, shall submit its Report within one (1) week therefrom.
In due deference to the decision taken by Bar Council of India, the examinations scheduled at the above said Constituents to commence from 3rd June, 2021, shall stand postponed till further notice.
This Notice is issued with the approval of the Competent Authority.
