Mahatma Gandhi, Motilal Nehru, have been eminent personalities that have helped shaping the future of this country. By reading about swimming, you can’t learn swimming. Moot courts will give you an opportunity to experience the real court situations. You learn not only from your mistakes but that of your opponent’s as well.” Hon’ble Justice Ms. Gita Mittal addressed the students and told that when a lawyer is mooting, he should be well versed with basics of law rather running behind reference case. They should be well aware of the facts of the case as during the course of trial, the bench might be convinced with the opposition.”
