The Conference also includes book launch of ‘Redfern and Hunter on International Arbitration (Sixth Edition)’ and launch of UNCITRAL Regional Committee, India.

OBJECTIVE
To provide a platform for arbitration practitioners, arbitrators, corporate counsels, academicians and students to discuss the emerging issues relating to International Commercial Arbitration, Investment Arbitration and its related practices in India. This conference will provide the delegates with an opportunity to debate and exchange experiences on practical aspects of International Arbitration as well as to strengthen links with arbitration community via networking opportunities.
The present conference strives to provide meaningful coverage on current trends in the field of International Arbitration. The conference is likely to be attended by 100 to 120 delegates, which may include the Judges of the Hon’ble Supreme Court and various High Courts, Senior Counsels, Jurists, International Arbitrators and practitioners, senior in-house counsels from India and Singapore, and representatives from the Industry.
