Symbiosis Law School, NOIDA (hereinafter referred to as SLS-NOIDA) in just the tenth year of its inception has carved a niche for itself in the academic circuits. It has become a celebrated name amongst the aspirants of professional legal education.

Being a constituent of Symbiosis International (Deemed University), it envisions the reputation of Symbiosis in and around Delhi - the constitutional capital of India. Bachelor Of Arts And Bachelor Of Laws
(B.A. LL.B.)
The use of the word 'multi' is indeed multiplying in today's world, multi-nationals, multi-tasking, multi-dimensional, and why not multi-disciplinary? The sweeping changes in the global economic scenario have necessitated a strong demand for a breed of youngsters with the potential knowledge of law coupled with the core essentials of management and business to enhance productivity. With the object of catering to this demand unfolding before the students, and to enable them to explore these vistas of opportunities that lie ahead, we have commenced an integrated Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Laws degree programme (B.B.A. LL.B). Here, we impart exhaustive knowledge to the students not only to survive but also to excel in an increasingly competitive world.
Course Duration - 5 Years
Eligibility
The candidate should have passed 12th (10+2) standard examination from any government-recognized board with minimum 45% marks (40% for S.C. / S.T. students). Students who have appeared for their H.S.C finals and awaiting results are also eligible to apply, subject to submission of passing certificate by the notified date.
Programme Outcomes
- Respond to governance, administration and human behaviour keeping in mind cultural sensibilities, diversity, gender sensitivity, environmental sustainability, comparative, transnational and global competencies after studying law in the particular context of humanities and social sciences.
- Acquire legal knowledge from various disciplines and professions to equip them to perform various roles of a professional lawyer beyond the traditional role of litigation linking their domain knowledge to the legal profession.
- Get an edge over other peers to lead and shape social, public and corporate enterprises such as the State, Community organizations and Social Enterprises, become justice sentinels and justice crusaders.
- Gain hands-on experience in legal knowledge, skills, ethics and values to be able to work in a fast-changing India set in a de-globalizing world because of the course curriculum which will profoundly facilitate learning law in response to contemporary developments.
- Find, identify and interpret the law in a given situation.
- Resolve the legal problems with the correct application of the law.
- Procure the IT skills to use the electronic resources to find the legal information.
- Improve cognitive skills, problem-solving skills, analytical and independent critical thinking with enhanced research capabilities by using different pedagogical methods using collaborative online international learning.
- Cultivate the ability to appreciate the role of lawyers in justice education in a globalising world sensitive to the needs of sustainability, poverty and vulnerability.
- Acquaint with the institutions of the legal systems including national, international and multiple aspects of dispute resolution, groomed in intellectual integrity, critical thinking, and be practice-ready lawyers.

BBA in Ports & Terminal Management
BBA in Ports & Terminal Management is a three-year program focused on preparing students for managerial roles in this sector. The objective of the program is to provide an understanding of the role of ports in international trade and transport.
- Passed XII (10+2) or equivalent course in any discipline from any recognized Board/Council/University with minimum 50% marks for general (open) category and 45% marks for students of reserved category ( Maharashtra Domicile only ).
- Candidates are selected based on Personal interview conducted by the University.
- We Accept SAT Scores
3-year full-time program
Eligibility:
The curriculum covers crucial concepts like the role of government in the port provision, the different forms of the ownership structure of ports and of port services, terminal facilities within ports and the use of Free Port/Free Trade Zones as an economic tool.
BBA in FINTECH
BBA FinTech is a 3 years full-time Degree Program that covers subjects of Finance and Technology that are blended to meet the industry requirement driven by innovative technologies such as Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Internet of Things and Mobile Computing.

This program skills the students to understand, analyse and effectively leverage the emerging financial innovations and become a part of the new FinTech revolution.
BBA IN RETAIL & E-COMMERCE MANAGEMENT
The retail business environment demands professionals that can adapt and think out of the box. The BBA in Retail Management will provide a theoretical and practical education as well as a functional specialization in Retail Management.

Eligibility:
Our comprehensive curriculum covers courses like Marketing, Accounting, Retail Management, E-commerce, etc. Through the program, students establish a strong skill-based foundation that prepares them for roles in Retail Management, Merchandising, Retail Supervision, etc.
Selection Procedure
Selection is done in two phases:
- Candidates will be short listed on the basis of the SLAT score.
- The short listed candidates will be invited for Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI) which will take place in Online Mode.
Final Merit list shall be drawn on the basis of SLAT Score (50%) and PI-WAT performance (50%). In other words, it will be based on the cumulative marks scored on the scale of 100 marks wherein SLAT score will be scaled down to 50 marks i.e. 50% weightage and the remaining 50% weightage will be assigned as follows: Personal Interaction (PI) - 30 marks i.e. 30% and Written Ability Test (WAT) - 20 marks i.e. 20%.
